As a full-time onsite Supervisor of Production in Sahagun, HID, MX, you will play a key role in leading our team towards a more sustainable and intelligent mobility future. You will be responsible for managing industrial processes, ensuring efficient transfer of processes from engineering to manufacturing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Manage the transition of industrial processes and ensure smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Supervise the closure of work orders in MES, ensuring timely completion.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact delivery or quality.

• Engineering degree in electronics, electromechanics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience or knowledge of industrial process management.
• Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
