This outstanding opportunity allows you to be the Ethics & Compliance business partner for internal collaborators in Spain, Italy, and Greece, providing unparalleled guidance on various healthcare compliance and anti-corruption concerns.

As the subject matter expert (SME) for Ethics and Compliance, you will lead the seamless implementation and day-to-day management of the Ethics & Compliance program, ensuring that Baxter employees successfully achieve their business goals while upholding our values, standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer clear mentorship on Ethics & Compliance policies and procedures, and identify behavior that contradicts the Company's policies and relevant regulations.
  • Drive awareness regarding the importance of Ethics & Compliance, identify areas of Ethics & Compliance risk, and undertake corrective plans to resolve potential issues.
  • Develop, deliver, and coordinate training related to the Company's Ethics & Compliance policies and applicable regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation and oversight of Baxter's Third-Party Program in Latin America South.
  • Support the implementation of middle management initiatives.
  • Perform special assignments or projects, as needed.
  • Participate in internal investigations regarding potential violations of the Company's policies or applicable regulations.

What You'll Bring: Master's degree in law from a nationally or internationally recognized institution and 8+ years of experience in private practice, law firm, and/or international company in the area of Ethics and Compliance.
