About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Luxury Escapes. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing daily marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design daily newsletters and email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Oversee the targeted campaign process, including design, curating, and scheduling of communications.
- Create targeted lists for campaigns based on customer behavior and past engagement.
- Analyse and compare offers to ensure competitive pricing and value before promotion across campaigns and website.
- Design and develop themed landing pages that align with campaign strategies.
- Analyse past campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

- Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand quality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
