Job Summary
The Stanford Institute of Technology (SIT) invites applications for a part-time instructor pool to teach in our Master's programs in International Education. We are seeking qualified candidates to teach in-person at our global learning locations.
About the Role
We are looking for adjunct instructors who can deliver instruction appropriate to the topic, course description, intended learning outcomes, level, and student audience. The ideal candidate will promote and facilitate student success by creating an environment conducive to inclusive and experiential learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction in Theory and Practice in International Education and Practitioner Inquiry courses
- Promote and facilitate student success through inclusive and experiential learning
- Manage the learning environment through effective record-keeping and submitting grades on time
- Enforce school and campus academic, code of conduct, and attendance policies
Requirements
- Native or Bilingual level in English (C1/C2)
- Doctoral degree in a related field, with experience in a position relevant to the course topic
- Graduate teaching experience is desirable
- Background in inclusive teaching, global education, and experiential learning
- Experience with the course management system Canvas preferred
What We Offer
- Part-time, temporary contract
- Pay: €1,200.00 - €1,350.00 per month
