Key Responsibilities

Installation and Training

  • Provide exceptional support to national and international clients using SIHOT software
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Install SIHOT at new clients and ensure seamless integration
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure client proficiency

Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions to their needs
  • Enter client issues into our ticketing system, follow up, and close tickets as required
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions to ensure prompt resolution
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored support to enhance their experience
Requirements
  • Proven record in the hotel industry with several years of working experience in different positions, preferably with a strong background in Front Office operations
  • Experience with SIHOT software is highly advantageous
  • Ability to travel nationwide and abroad is required
  • Strong communication skills and excellent client service orientation with a professional, friendly attitude
  • Fluent German language skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work
