Responsibilities
Your role as Transformational Coordinator will involve:

  • Coordination and operations of commercial events both in-person and online.
  • Management of internal team communication website.
  • Administration and reporting of the department's expenses and invoices.
  • Attendance and participation in commercial events in-person and online.
  • Build relationships and communicate efficiently with all commercial teams and relevant teams across IE.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate experiences throughout the sales process/customer journey.
  • Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics.
  • Expertise in sales innovation tools (Power BI, CRM, Hubspot...).
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials.
  • Support teammates as necessary to build a team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to an innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience, and outstanding reputation of IE programs.
