Bike Technician

Club La Santa is seeking a skilled Bike Mechanic to join our team. As a Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of our bikes and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

• Perform scheduled maintenance on our rental fleet of up to 500 bikes, including carbon and alloy road bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes, and kids' bikes.
• Use our online system, BRM, to manage maintenance schedules and update service histories for each bike.
• Repair guests' private bikes and interact with guests to inform and agree on work needed.
• Utilize our till system, Lightspeed, to create work orders, charge correctly, and manage stock levels.
• Assist with setting up rental bikes.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized bike center.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bike mechanic.
• Cytech Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Secondary languages: Spanish and/or Danish.
