We are seeking a talented R&D Engineer to join our team at DuPont Water Solutions R&D Center in Tarragona, Spain. As a key member of our research and development team, you will lead experiments on reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, and ultrafiltration membranes in water treatment applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and implement changes to enhance the team's effectiveness.
• Lead and contribute to multiple projects to develop solutions, drive business adoption of technology, and meet customer needs.
• Suggest, create, and lead innovations, applying tested ideas or methods from other areas.
• Solve complex problems independently, take a new perspective on existing solutions, exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering is required. Master and PhD will be a plus for this position.
• Experience in water is required.
• Good working knowledge of English is mandatory.
• Background with Statistics, Data Science, or Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence is preferred.
• Background with Information Technologies and programming is a plus.
• Background with sensors development and programming is a plus.
