We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain Department in Madrid, Spain. As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of a multi-category business, leading our demand planning accuracy, and managing our flows of stock from production planning to sell-in sales to clients.

Within our Sales Office Spain, you will be responsible for driving the development of a multi-category business, leading our demand planning accuracy, and managing our flows of stock. You will be active in the categories of Biscuits, Waffles (Bollería), Sweet Spreads, Ice Cream, and Bars, both in Retail and Away From Home.

As a Demand Planner, you will work closely with the Sales Manager Retail to deliver accuracy through cooperating and leading the IBP process. You will also work actively with Marketing, Category, and Sales teams to project excellent sales planning, making our supply chain more efficient and effective.

You will be in charge of maintaining and creating new ways of reporting to extract key insights per business and clients, helping us to improve in accuracy, which drives into logistics cost.

We are looking for a Supply Chain talent with proven experience in Demand Planning:

  • Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics, etc.)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI, Statistics
  • High stress tolerance, able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Driving results (going the extra mile to get things done)
  • Strong analytical skills and capacity to extract learnings and apply it
  • Capacity to lead the project IBP nationally, building an integrated process to work as a team
  • Competent extracting key commercial business insights to achieve great DPA
  • Understanding the quote "Retail = Detail", meaning that excellent execution is key
