Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Platform Specialist.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build a platform that promotes the adoption of GenAI and develops reusable GenAI services.
The successful candidate will support the development team to ensure scalability, high availability, deployment, and performance of services. Additionally, they will take operational responsibility, including participating in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Scalability and Performance: Collaborate with the development team to ensure efficient service design, implementation, and deployment.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and conduct postmortem analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and one or more modern languages such as Java or Go.
- Understanding of containers and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines using Gitlab and / or Jenkins.
- Strong skills in system and network debugging.
- Knowledge of performance, reliability, observability, and incident management tools.
- Enthusiasm for DevOps, automation, and continuous feedback.
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Experience with AWS Kinesis, SQS, Lambda (especially in Python).
- Experience with AWS Athena, EMR, Glue.
