Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch assistance to customers worldwide in Japanese and English, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting incoming customer inquiries through Zendesk ticket system
- Providing consultative advice on ABBYY products usage
- Maintaining technical and personal skills at the leading edge
- Engaging with internal departments for seamless request fulfillment
- Preparing articles for Knowledge Base
- FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES
Requirements
- Higher linguistic and/or technical education
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and verbal English
- Japanese - Intermediate level or higher
- Interest in IT/technical support
- Customer care experience (a plus)
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- High stress resistance
- Able to work overtime if needed
