Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch assistance to customers worldwide in Japanese and English, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting incoming customer inquiries through Zendesk ticket system
  • Providing consultative advice on ABBYY products usage
  • Maintaining technical and personal skills at the leading edge
  • Engaging with internal departments for seamless request fulfillment
  • Preparing articles for Knowledge Base
  • FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES

Requirements

  • Higher linguistic and/or technical education
  • Upper-Intermediate level of written and verbal English
  • Japanese - Intermediate level or higher
  • Interest in IT/technical support
  • Customer care experience (a plus)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • High stress resistance
  • Able to work overtime if needed
