About the Role

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing global projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and performing analysis to improve existing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global projects from initiation to closure
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems
  • Manage resources and tasks to meet project objectives
  • Monitor progress, communicate, and mitigate risks
  • Budget management
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager working in international projects
  • Experience with budget and resource forecasting
  • Familiarity working with technical teams and knowledge of technical topics (DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
  • Experience managing complex global projects, with several stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills: Be specific, assertive and organize your thoughts
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum
  • Fluent in English as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment where English is the day-to-day language
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile)
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, German, etc.
  • Experience with virtual teams and hybrid environments
