Job Overview

As an Account Manager at Next15, you will be responsible for delivering the full range of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes to our clients in the technology sector. This includes managing relationships with key clients, such as Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NTT, and delivering ABM programmes from start to finish. You will also be responsible for managing junior team members and supporting the commercial growth targets within your main accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the delivery of ABM programmes from start to finish, delivering on time, on budget, and to client expectations
* Act as a key point of contact for the client, working closely with both marketing and sales contacts to consult on the best approach and keep them up to date on progress and results
* Manage junior team members, helping them to make a difference and grow their careers
* Support with meeting commercial growth targets within your main accounts, working closely with senior colleagues
* Track project deliverables and help manage the team's resource allocations so the right people are in place to meet the needs of client projects

Requirements

* 3+ years of client-facing delivery experience in an agency or in-house marketing role, with experience running executive and partner engagement and/or lead-generation campaigns in multiple markets
* Account-based marketing (ABM) and/or B2B marketing experience is a bonus
* Management skills that allow you to work with local and global teams and to be a master of your own workflow
* The initiative to flip between strategic conversations and a variety of hands-on job requirements
* The ability to provide specialist advice to customers on the best approach available, constructively challenging client briefs where required, and bringing together teams to deliver amazing work
