Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Omega CRM Consulting. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base
  • Meet with potential clients to build lasting relationships
  • Maintain relationships with SF Account Executives and stay updated on SF updates
  • Lead negotiation, preparation, and presentation of commercial offers
  • Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales
  • Share sales strategy, objectives, and customer digital transformation roadmap with Product Managers
  • Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts
  • Monitor project progress in assigned accounts
  • Manage billing processes for assigned accounts
  • Identify potential Up & Cross Selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • Account management experience
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in business/technology consulting
  • Previous experience in Project Management
  • Experience in digital projects
  • Experience in international projects
  • High level of English; other European languages is a plus
