The Global Customer Success organization at Microsoft is driving customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing AI-powered capabilities and human expertise. As a Cloud Solution Architect in the International Customer Success Unit, you will guide Microsoft's largest clients in building global AI platforms and implementing impactful AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive complex and high-impact situations for strategic customers/partners in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the adoption of Microsoft offerings based on analysis/differentiation of Microsoft and competitor products.
  • Connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas and drive changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and/or processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Significant professional experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Experience building production-grade, cloud-based AI/ML solutions and proven application of MLOps practices, AI governance, Responsible AI.
  • Foundational experience with Generative AI solutions and LLMOps.
  • Business fluency in English.
