Job Description: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Jujur. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts
  • Address user needs efficiently and maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products
  • Escalate any potential service issues to senior team members, as needed
  • Adhere to all project processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual SLA
  • Provide coverage for other Agents in their absence, whether within the same team or across different teams

Requirements:

  • Native / fluent in German, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with experience in the automotive industry a plus
  • Familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred
