**The Role**
We're looking for a skilled Cook to provide exceptional quality and service to our guests. As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you'll prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner per guest orders while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Your expertise will be essential in delivering an unforgettable culinary experience.

**Your Responsibilities**
• Prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including food processors, mixers, and ovens.
• Maintain a clean and efficient station.
• Label and date all food containers and rotate as per policies.
• Determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up.
• Return all food items not used to designated storage areas.
• Manage and prioritize tasks by shift.

**What We're Looking For**
Our ideal Cook candidate has excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. A trade apprenticeship or other form of registered training in the culinary discipline is required, along with a minimum of two years of culinary experience in a luxury restaurant or similar.
