Converse Store Manager Job Description
As a Store Manager at Converse, you will play a crucial role in the effective operation of our retail stores. Your primary focus will be on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage results. You will oversee the operational aspects of the store, ensuring a unique shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an inviting store environment that guarantees a unique shopping experience for our customers.
- Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team to ensure an excellent working atmosphere.
- Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Support and lead the implementation of CONVERSE strategies in the store, including sustainability, NIKE Inc. membership, and digital offers.
- Provide insights to optimize the positioning of your store in the local market.
- Ensure that all CONVERSE standards and guidelines are adhered to.
- Work in cooperation with various business partners from stores and headquarters.

What You Bring:
- A passion for CONVERSE and/or a love of sport.
- 5 years or more of retail and/or leadership experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Extensive experience and expertise in providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- An independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- The talent to build, develop, and strengthen a strong team.
- A willingness to work weekends and shifts.
