Censolar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team in Seville. As a Junior Engineer, you will play a key role in the implementation of document control and project management methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of document control and project management methodology to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Organize project documentation for various topics and stages of project management, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the development of process mapping across the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate in internal audits and inspections regarding Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) and project management, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor the correct implementation of policy and processes, ensuring adherence to methodology and management systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of digital tools related to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) in solar and wind energy, enhancing our team's productivity and efficiency.
  • Elaborate presentations, digital communications, and collaborate in creating guidance and best practices, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Interact with various service providers and resources of the QHSSE team, both in English and Spanish, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements/Profile of the Candidate
  • Technical or Industrial Engineer degree.
  • Independent, flexible, and proactive individual, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage work autonomously and as a team.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Business-level English proficiency (advanced level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Office 365 apps such as Teams, Excel, PPT, Word, SharePoint, Publisher, Visio, OneNote).
  • Valid driving license (eligible for car rental).
