Job Summary

The Kubernetes Atlassian SecDevOps Engineer (Architect) will design and implement sustainable hybrid cloud architectures, ensuring lean, automated, and secure maintenance. This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders across Digital, OT, Enterprise Architecture, Quality Assurance, and IT Security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain containerized solutions, including cloud or on-premise infrastructure for IT and OT, meeting the highest levels of GxP requirements, IT security controls, and reliability.

  • Define cloud standards and frameworks to manage the entire infrastructure lifecycle using DevOps techniques and technologies.

  • Ensure proper design according to IT Security and QA standards and procedures, conducting reviews against architecture standards.

  • Implement forward-looking architectures, including new applications, moving to cloud-native setups to provide a single pane of glass for IT and OT management, strengthen business resilience, etc.

  • Define, drive, and implement new working methodologies using modern agile approaches in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, acting as a ScrumMaster.

  • Look for improvements and enhancements to infrastructure systems to provide more efficient services to the business.

  • Oversee project implementation, conducting reviews against architecture standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

  • English native speaker and writer.

  • Certifications (including professional qualifications) such as ACCA, GPHR, CIPS, PgMP.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally demonstrated.

  • Good communicator.

  • Ability to drive cultural and technological disruption.

  • Can-do attitude.

  • Able to work independently and make educated decisions to provide quick solutions to problems.

  • Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective prioritization and project management skills.
