Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager - Genetec to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Genetec's products and solutions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He or she will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Genetec's products
  • Define solutions best suited to customer and partner requirements
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Present high-level demonstrations of Genetec's product range
  • Provide technical support to sales teams in response to customer specifications
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure seamless transition between pre-sales and post-sales teams
  • Participate in specialized security trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars
  • Write white papers and become a true expert on Genetec solutions
  • Provide technical feedback from the field to upstream Product Management teams
  • Implement complex software solutions
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' professional experience in roles requiring regular exchanges with customers or partners
  • Native Spanish speaker and professional level in English
  • Initial experience in a pre-sales role in an innovative IT or security company
  • Excellent oral presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and incident resolution skills
  • Knowledge of the security market
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
  • Customer orientation, commercial, and interpersonal skills
