Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious salesperson who can help us reach new heights and expand our client base across Europe.
Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative at Games Workshop, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential independent retailers through cold calling. You will showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop, establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone, and identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Full business proficiency in Finnish and English is essential.
- Location: Full-time office role at our Barcelona office.
- Education: A degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
What We Offer:
- Salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission).
- Benefits: 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain an extra four days holiday per year), company pension scheme (4% of salary), profit share bonus, and share save scheme.
