Service Desk Specialist with Swedish Language Skills

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The ideal candidate will have a high level of Swedish proficiency and fluency in English, with a passion for customer service and a willingness to develop in a professional and multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and IT solutions to Swedish-speaking users facing computer-related issues
- Develop and maintain a high level of Swedish language skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High level of Swedish proficiency
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility in working hours
- Willingness to develop in a professional and multilingual environment
