Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking of air, rail, ferry, hotel, car, and other travel services related to business trips, including understanding fare notes and re-bookings via various channels.
  • Creating a compelling experience for each customer contact, resulting in highly satisfied customers and single contact resolution.
  • Strong understanding of clients' travel policies and providing consultation to customers, promoting preferred suppliers when applicable.
  • Assistance with travel-related tasks, such as visa clearance, invoice processing, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Exceeding expectations in service and quality delivered to clients, observing standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented service environment, taking the initiative to assist team members and management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Sabre, with Amadeus experience a plus.
  • SABRE proficiency in creating air, hotel, and car bookings is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent appreciated.
  • Native or full working proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position within the business travel industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High knowledge of international geography.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
