About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Outline and implement plans to reach prospective customers across all digital platforms, including Meta, Mailing, Website, Social, and Influencers.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyze market trends to optimize user and customer experience, and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion and social media trends.
  • Project Development and Management: Develop new projects and products, and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective ROI.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the Marketing Assistant and Designer, and coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure a consistent brand image and message across all platforms.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, with 3+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing, or sales in a high-growth online environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong skills in market analysis, experienced with analytical tools (datastudio, analytics, excel, etc.), and basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
  • Language: Fluent English, Spanish, and Catalan.
