About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Validation Engineer to join our team at GMV. As a key member of our Transport Sector team, you will play a crucial role in the validation of control centers and related on-board equipment intelligent transport systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the validation team and development team in the validation of software and systems
  • Perform software validation tests and continuous system validation and customer acceptance tests
  • Develop and maintain test scripts for automated tests
  • Prepare validation documentation, including traceability of requirements, design, and reports

Requirements

  • Relevant studies in computer science or telecommunications
  • Knowledge of software validation processes in complex and distributed systems, including Linux operating systems
  • Experience with test campaigns, including planning, preparation, execution, and reporting
  • Familiarity with validation and verification tools, such as DOORS, Jira, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Git
