About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Solutions Architect to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our Field Engineering organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of our Data Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption of our platform in assigned customers and use cases.
  2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and consumption of our workloads.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services resources and navigating Databricks Product and Engineering teams as needed.
  4. Account Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing technical issues and questions related to production and go-live status of agreed-upon use cases.
  5. Resource Allocation: Leverage Shared Services resources and escalate to expert-level technical experts as needed to build the right tasks and activities for customer success.
