About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Microsoft Copilot Adoption and Change Management Expert. As a key member of our Global Microsoft Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and implementation of Copilot-related services across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop professional services and advisory solutions to facilitate the introduction, pilot, rollout, and adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 across all regions.
  • Collaborate closely with SoftwareOne consultants to ensure the successful delivery of these services to our customers, driving innovation and enhancing productivity through AI-driven solutions.
  • Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively implement Copilot services.
  • Manage relationships with C-level regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for service design, implementation, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Proficiency in Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Experience with Copilot capabilities and adoption practices within Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards for Microsoft 365.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
