Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Native Systems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a modern self-service platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be working on Productivity Automator, a cloud-native system that enables customers to configure automation rules for high-volume tasks.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product peers to understand complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. You will work in an agile, test-driven development environment, designing and delivering clean, robust, and well-tested code.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality code that meets customer needs.
  • Collaborating with peers to refine ideas and technical solutions.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the architecture and performance of the product.
  • Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.
  • Providing constructive feedback and code reviews to peers.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in developing scalable, performant web applications.
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET Core.
  • Passion for writing high-quality, testable, and clean code.
  • Deep understanding of design patterns, principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with messaging brokers (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platform (or AWS).
  • Practical experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD principles and best practices.
