Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Spain. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects by providing professional-level program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-level project planning using Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to meet deadlines.
  • Provide coordination and monitoring for the entire project duration, from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Proven experience using Primavera P6 for managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, including creating and managing detailed schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques and risk management.
  • Ability to integrate Primavera P6 with other enterprise systems (ERP, HR, etc.).
  • Candidate available for immediate incorporation.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate accurate reports.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Travel availability.
