About the Role

As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be a project-based subject matter expert in all things infrastructure, providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally figuring out complex technical issues. This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
  • Participate in long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Technicians, and PMs to deliver high-quality results.
