Sales Representative for Global Customer Engagement

About Cbt: We are an international company seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for those fluent in French and English who are passionate about sales and eager to grow their career.
**Position Details:**
Type: Full-time
Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, etc.).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales growth.
* Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
