Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ML1 Coordinator to join our team at Europrop International GmbH. The successful candidate will provide support to the Customer Operation Stream (COS) working on the Propeller Gear Boxes (PGB) retrofit campaign project, in-service events follow-up, and contributing to the execution of the annual Service Budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engine retrofit and upgrade campaigns, including PGB, CC, and HPC campaigns, to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Interface directly with end customers and operators to understand their needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with EPI MRO teams to demand flow down of ML1 customer needs and priorities.
- Support the management of in-service events (EFUs) within the COS and across the EPI organization, ensuring the efficient application and control of the EFU process.
- Contribute to the production of annual COS/MRO budgets and their updates, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
- Ensure the smooth flow of processes to invoice, identifying and resolving any blocking points and implementing process improvements.
- Manage the production of reports, KPIs, and visual management as required in the organization of the Customer Operations Stream.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; other languages valued.
- At least 2 years of experience working in similar industrial environments.
- Proficient in Excel, including graphic and visual management, and general knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Project, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and experience working in collaborative teams, with a preference for international teams and environments.
