Ericsson seeks a skilled Telecom Network Architect Specialist to join its Emergency Recovery Centre team. As a key member of the Customer Support organization, this role offers opportunities for career growth and technical skill development.

The successful candidate will provide technical support services to customers, participating in fault isolation of network issues and resolving problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are essential for driving effective teamwork and resolving complex situations.

This position involves:

  • Providing emergency handling services and restoring customer systems promptly
  • Developing solutions to customer problems during emergencies and post-mortem phases
  • Driving internal collaboration and interacting closely with customers
  • Removing barriers and addressing technical and business challenges during emergencies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Customer Support experience
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Telecom products (e.g., 5GC, EPC, Cloud, IMS)
  • Broad Solution and Networking experience in a Telecom domain, preferably in E2E network-level troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical & problem-solving capability, and negotiation skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
