Job DescriptionThis Manager role will be responsible for contributing to large-scale accounting advisory engagements, providing accounting support to clients, and assisting with ESMA, SEC, or FCA regulatory filings. You will also support conversion services for clients requiring a change in financial reporting to GAAP or IFRS and provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for M&A, divestitures, and complex capital raising/restructures.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to complex accounting advisory engagements and provide accounting support to clients
- Assist with ESMA, SEC, or FCA regulatory filings for spin-offs, carve-outs, IPOs, debt offerings, and acquisition filings
- Support conversion services for clients requiring a change in financial reporting to GAAP or IFRS
- Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for M&A, divestitures, and complex capital raising/restructures
- Accountable for staff management, financial metrics of the engagement, and preparation/presentation of accounting findings and concepts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience within Capital Markets Accounting Advisory at a leading Accountancy firm
- A degree in Accounting - Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assimilate easily into teams
- Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, ESMA, SEC, or FCA financial reporting issues
As a Manager in our CMAA team, you can expect:
- An estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €120,000 depending on experience
