Job Title: Technical Product Owner

Talan is an international advisory group on innovation and transformation through technology, with 5000 employees, and a turnover of 600M€. We offer our customers a continuum of services to support you at each key stage of your organization's transformation.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Owner to lead the proposal for a specific process/area to drive digital transformation, seeking efficiencies in processes and adding value to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the proposal for a specific process/area to drive digital transformation, seeking efficiencies in processes and adding value to users.
  • Maintain a clear vision of user experience across digital channels, focusing on user stories to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Translate user stories into detailed technical requirements and tasks for developer squads, documenting the applicable definitions of ready/done.
  • Support stakeholders in prioritizing user stories and technical items, addressing defects from L0/L1/L2 IT Operation groups and tickets needing L3 support.
  • Assist development squads in balancing efforts between user story development and defect/ticket resolution daily.
  • Facilitate management of critical dependencies within IT products and across products.
  • Support the development and execution of acceptance tests based on criteria, coordinating test activities to ensure stories meet acceptance standards.
  • Continuously update the delivery team on business changes in coordination with Business Product Owners and other Technical Product Owners.
  • Approve the final release plan in collaboration with the Release Manager, aligning with agreed priorities and dependencies.
  • Analyze and report on delivery, progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure proper management of technical debt with SW Architecture leads' support.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of relevant IT experience, including user management, scope changes, and digital channel projects.
  • Proven track record in developing IT processes and solutions, executing programs that meet objectives of excellence in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
