Chief Formulation Innovator

As a Global Formulation Lead, you will drive innovation and development of formulation technologies across our global R&D teams. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of new and existing formulations.

• Develop and implement formulation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transfer from lab to market.
• Manage and prioritize global formulation projects.
• Benchmark new technologies, raw materials, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

• R&D and Innovation teams (global and regional)
• Regulatory Affairs and Product Stewardship
• Operations and Manufacturing teams
• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in formulation development, preferably in emulsion technology and/or coating formulation.
• Proven experience leading international technical projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of formulation technologies and scale-up processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, others are a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
