About the Role

The Regional EHS Program Manager at Cisco is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global EHS policies, procedures, and programs that align with regulatory requirements and Cisco's goals.
  • Provide EHS training and education to employees, contractors, and partners to foster a safe and environmentally responsible working environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies on EHS matters, including reporting, permitting, and inspections.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses for any EHS-related incidents, identify corrective actions, and develop preventative action plans.
  • Conduct regular EHS audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage EHS documentation and records in accordance with local legal requirements and Cisco's document retention policies.
  • Support regional EHS objectives in EMEA and lead local safety committee meetings and corporate safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and +5 years of related work experience in EHS or a related field.
