About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Modeller to join our team at Arup in Spain. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing and calculating drinking water, irrigation, and sewerage networks for urban developments in 3D BIM environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and calculate drinking water, irrigation, and sewerage networks for urban developments in 3D BIM environments.
- Deliver comprehensive urban development projects, including reports, plans, specifications, and budget estimates.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Arup offices globally.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in water network design and modelling, preferably using Infoworks ICM (for sanitation, stormwater, etc.).
- Knowledge of other civil engineering design software (e.g., Auto CAD Civil 3D, Revit, Water CAD, Sewer GEMS, Presto).
- Familiarity with Arc GIS and experience working in BIM environments.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
