Whs Specialist

Amazon is seeking a Whs Specialist to join our team. As a Whs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers.

The Whs Specialist will be responsible for monitoring site performance against set KPIs, creating plans to improve processes, and setting up workplace health and safety programs. You will also analyze safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues plan appropriate resources for areas with the highest risk.

You will carry out audits to ensure our sites are compliant with relevant health and safety laws and implement solutions where you identify risks. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a difference to people every day.

Our Workplace Health and Safety team plays a crucial role in keeping our people mentally and physically well at work. We work with managers, associates, and local governments across our sites to ensure we're complying with Amazon's policies and legal regulations, and that our workplaces are safe.

We're looking for a Whs Specialist who is passionate about health and safety and has a strong understanding of Irish Environment, Health and Safety legislation. If you have a degree level education, a NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ5 Level qualification, and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, we'd love to hear from you.
