Main Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between local key users and IT or other headquarters functions in Switzerland.
- Provide on-site or remote incident support, conduct key-user training, and offer initial knowledge to new local entities.
- Recommend process or organizational changes, tool innovations, and support implementation by reviewing specifications and ensuring effective key-user tests.
- Offer high-level expertise to local key users in executing processes and using provided tools efficiently.
- Administrate users and authorizations.
- Proactive and dynamic professional with high service orientation in solving problems and preventing them for the future.
- Team worker with excellent communicative skills and ability to convey knowledge using state-of-the-art IT tools.
- University Degree in Applied Sciences, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or comparable on-the-job development in specified expertise areas.
- Experience in Data Warehouse, ideally SAP BW.
- Experience with SAP BI tools (Analysis for Office or Web integrated).
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience is an advantage.
- Experience in sales fulfillment and supply chain process controlled with SAP R/3 SD and MM modules; having had the role of a key-user will be valued.
- Knowledge of Query Designer, DesignStudio, or Integrated Planning (BW-IP) is an advantage.
- Good level of English; any other languages will be valued.
- Availability to travel, especially in Europe (this role up to 20%).
- Competitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.
