According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, only 1 in 10 adults eats the recommended minimum of 5 cups of fruits and vegetables every day. We're addressing this challenge with convenient, organic, and mouth-watering products that fit busy lifestyles.

Our team transforms fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving meal moments such as instant smoothies and delicious ready-to-eat gum drops. This role is key to our growth and will oversee and support HR for our entire global workforce located across Portugal, US, UK, Netherlands, and Spain.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company that strongly believes every single team member is a key part of our shared success. As Operations Director, you'll report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and be responsible for overseeing and supporting all aspects of HR across our locations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
