About the Opportunity


We are seeking a highly skilled International Gaming Sales Director to join our EMEA Regional Sales team at LNW Gaming International, S.L. in one of the locations: UK, France, Spain, South Africa or Vienna.



Job Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting quarterly/annual targets by actively engaging with existing and new direct gaming operators' merchants, partners, and customers to the Light & Wonder portfolio.



Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including current operators' merchants, partners, and customers to ensure high-quality service standards.
  2. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  3. New Business Development: Proactively engage and onboard new merchants, promoting Light & Wonder products and services relevant to the gaming industry.
  4. Pipeline Management: Monitor and update the CRM system to ensure pipeline performance and timely follow-up on sales leads.
  5. Project Participation: Contribute to projects relevant to the Sales team and overall Sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Trade Show Representation: Represent Light & Wonder at gaming-related trade shows and webinars to promote our brand and products.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A proven sales background, preferably within the gaming industry, with experience in markets, products, customers, competition, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to deliver compelling product presentations that lead to successful outcomes.
  • Experience in meeting sales-based targets and managing multiple sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently, with good organization, time management, and planning skills.
  • Team player mentality, with problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
  • Knowledge of public procurement processes and Key Account management experience.


Work Environment:

This role requires travel to and from prospective merchants throughout Europe and the US, which may involve evening and weekend work. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.



Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
