About the Role

Lingokids is a pioneering company in the field of children's education, dedicated to helping families raise amazing kids through Playlearning. We're on a mission to revolutionize kids' learning, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Product Engineer to join our team.

As a Senior Product Engineer at Lingokids, you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of an initiative in our product, from conceptualization to deployment and beyond. You'll work closely with designers, other product engineers, and stakeholders to bring new ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain features focused on children and caregivers
  • Collaborate with the rest of the squad to improve the process and infrastructure of the app
  • Engage in close collaboration with UX and Designers to translate design concepts into functional code
  • Have full ownership of tasks and communicate with the team towards finishing the work
  • Feedback constructively on others through design, code, and peer reviews

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Experience with mobile development, using native SDKs (Android, iOS) or through Hybrid frameworks like React Native or Flutter
  • Experience with modern Javascript Application Frameworks in mobile environments
  • Ability to find simple solutions to complex problems with understanding of app-API communication
  • Ability to explain your work's business impact to non-technical stakeholders
