Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at SABIC. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procure-to-pay process, from invoice processing to payment execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Collaborate with procurement and SCM departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve queries and issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a procure-to-pay environment
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
