Job Description

Cint is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a critical role in supporting employees in 20+ countries and ensuring the timely and accurate coordination of payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process international payrolls for 17 entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a robust compliance culture by maintaining internal controls and audit standards.
  • Be the subject matter expert for payroll operations and point of contact for escalations internationally.
  • Implement robust and shared work methods to support a global payroll operation.
  • Complete monthly accounting reconciliations and partner with the GL Accounting team on improved reporting methods.
  • Seek new and inventive methods of payroll data delivery and support the implementation of efficient and cost-effective payroll solutions.
  • Support the US and Brazil Payroll Process.
  • Work effectively as a change agent and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor and feedback on the performance of payroll providers.
  • Develop and maintain desktop procedures for international entities.
  • Partner with the Global Payroll team on global payroll initiatives and with internal stakeholders across various locations.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Partner on the creation and maintenance of new internal governance controls and ensure adherence to them.
  • Participate in the preparation of annual audit financial statements and the budget process.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a global payroll environment with 1000+ employees.
  • Proven abilities in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with recent developments in automation.
  • A history of dealing with partners cross-functionally and demonstrating an ability to influence change.
  • Payroll accounting and reconciliation experience is preferable.
  • Be an effective communicator, persuasive, and encouraging.
  • Has worked in a team environment and is a team player.
  • Technically competent with various software programs, including Excel.
  • Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Adheres to strict payroll governance policy and guidelines.
  • Has experience dealing with all aspects of global payroll compliance.
  • Familiar with M&A and Restructuring projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulation and tax laws.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Has an eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understands the concept of end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Process improvement is part of the normal day-to-day for this individual.
  • Is driven to deliver and succeed.
  • Will work independently without supervision.
