Join our dynamic team at Media Markt España as an International Management Trainee and embark on a transformative 18-month journey that will shape your career and contribute to our global success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead local projects in specialized departments such as Finance - Controlling, IT - Big Data, Supply-Chain, Commercial, Services & Solutions, or Marketing.
  • Collaborate on groundbreaking global projects alongside talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Participate in two 6-month work assignments in other countries, expanding your horizons and gaining invaluable insights into various markets, cultures, and business practices.

Requirements:

  • Hold a graduate status (up to 2 years after completing studies) or be in your final year of studies, specializing in fields such as management, logistics, supply chain, finance and accounting, economics, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated initial professional experiences gained during or after your studies, whether through work, internships, or involvement in student organizations.
  • Proficiency in English at level C1 is required, ensuring effective communication across international teams.
  • Experience in an International Work Environment, coupled with strong intercultural communication skills.
  • Interest in Retail and Technology, with an open-minded approach and genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
  • High interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in team-based environments.
  • Demonstrated determination in achieving goals, coupled with problem-solving skills and the ability to act swiftly and decisively when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under time pressure, demonstrating analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A strong willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, and readiness to undertake two six-month internships in other countries.
