Join Grifols, S.A. as a Contract Manufacturing Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manufacturing Service Technician to join our team at Grifols, S.A. This role will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the execution and follow-up of contracts, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and effective collaboration with internal areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up and support to third parties and Management related to fractionation service contracts.
  • SAP entry of system orders, tracking and reporting linked to the entire maquila invoicing process (SOX if applicable).
  • Review of the coverage of the budgets of the contracts signed with the various centers.
  • Review of new contracts and preparation of the contract summary table.
  • Report to the customer the documentation related to the manufacturing service.
  • Follow-up of productions derived from fractionation service (Maquila).
  • Internal coordination of the different departments (Production, Technical Area, etc.) involved for its correct development and coordination with Production Control for the optimization of production processes.
Customer Service:
  • Manage the Grifols Plasma Management Service web platform and share all information related to the fractionation process associated with the area (inventories, invoicing, product delivered, savings, SNS, 3-month forecasts, manufacturing notifications, factory reports, etc).
  • Management of specific requests from the health services to which the toll manufacturing service is provided.
  • Management of Grifols Movaco's sales team information needs associated with toll manufacturing services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
