Inside Sales Executive

The role of Inside Sales Executive is to sell our flagship product, a cloud-based platform, primarily through cold calling in target regions in Spain and contacting inbound leads. This position requires close collaboration with the Sales Manager to understand customers' business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying business opportunities based on customer needs;
- Conducting web and telephone research to build a regional database of prospects;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data within the CRM database;
- Contacting prospective businesses for appointments to demonstrate the software via phone screens;
- Selling a range of products, including property management software and services, meeting quarterly targets;
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop targeted email campaigns;
- Working with the Onboarding and Customer Service teams to ensure optimal product performance and meet company objectives;
- Planning, preparing, and attending industry seminars and shows;
- Establishing partnerships in the region.
