**What You'll Do:

We're looking for a Strategic Sales Process Optimization Lead to own the sales process component (the what) of the Sales Blueprint. In this role, you will review the sales cycle and process to ensure it reflects the needs of the organization and puts our partners at the center of our decision-making.

You will establish areas for improvement and work closely with key stakeholders to enable changes in our sales process, especially with the Salesforce.com product and technology team to ensure the system is aligned.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Streamlining the sales process by proactively proposing new processes, prioritizing automation, and sharing best practices
  • Flagging problem areas and recommending next steps so sales teams can be more efficient
  • Analyzing data and using key metrics as well as stakeholder feedback to measure effectiveness and uncover areas for improvement of the sales process
  • Driving adoption and compliance of the concepts defined in Blueprint

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry. A robust understanding of Salesforce.com and its ability to enable and add value to the sales cycle is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit. Experience working in a large matrix organization with a fast pace of work is also beneficial.

**Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a full benefits package, including exciting travel perks, generous time-off, parental leave, a global hybrid work setup, and career development resources.
